基于互联网视角的发热门诊突发公共卫生防控的实践与探讨

传染病防控是目前世界各国疾病预防控制的重要内容,随着本次突发公共卫生事件防控的常态化,有效切断传播途径、减少扩散的措施成为卫生系统乃至全社会的关注焦点。近年来,互联网技术的不断发展,极大地推动了互联网医院建设速度;互联网医院以其线上诊疗服务为优势,显著提高了医疗服务效率。本文通过互联网医院发热门诊在突发公共卫生事件早期的应用实践,探讨其防控作用,以期为突发公共卫生事件防控工作提供参考。建议互联网医院引入视频协作平台,加大信息互联互通,加强信息共享程度,提升疫情处置能力。

The prevention and control of infectious diseases is currently an important part of disease prevention and control for countries around the world.As the prevention and control of the public health emergencies this time runs into a normality,effective measures to cut off the transmission routes and reduce the spread of the epidemics become the focus of health care system and even the whole society.In recent years,the continuous development of Internet technology has greatly accelerated the construction of Internet hospitals.They have significantly improved the efficiency of medical services with the advantages of their online diagnosis and treatment.This study analyzes the practice of online fever clinics in the early stage of public health emergencies to provide a reference for the prevention and control of public health emergencies.In the future,Internet hospitals should introduce video collaboration platforms,enhance information interconnection and sharing for improving the capacity of epidemic control.
