摘要
针对大功率中频电源的三相整流滤波电路存在非常大的电容,直流电压建立太快,会产生短路效应,造成电源跳闸的问题,提出了一种基于数字控制实现软启动、抑制冲击电流的方法;阐述了基于数控方法实现软启动的硬件电路设计以及相应的软件控制方法,并通过工程实际应用证明,研究的大功率中频电源启动冲击数控方法,能够有效地抑制启动时冲击电流,解决了由于启动时冲击电流造成的电源跳闸问题。
In view of the fact that the three-phase rectifier filter circuit of high power intermediate frequency power supply has very large capacitance,and the establishment of DC voltage is too fast,it will produce short circuit effect and cause the problem of power supply tripping.A method of realizing soft start and suppressing impulse current based on digital control is put forward.This paper expounds the hardware circuit design and corresponding software control method of soft start based on numerical control method,and proves that the high power intermediate frequency power supply starting impact numerical control method studied in this paper can effectively suppress the impulse current at start-up and solve the problem of power tripping caused by impulse current during start-up.
