季冻区隧道聚氨酯-波纹板保温套衬技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究目的:如何有效防止冻害发生、发展及致灾,减少冻害引发的次生灾害,保障铁路隧道的安全运营是当前亟待研究和解决的关键问题之一。本文提出一种聚氨酯-波纹板保温套衬,依托某既有客专隧道冻害整治工程进行现场应用,并对其保温效果进行研究。研究结论:(1)聚氨酯-波纹板保温套衬主要由波纹钢板、聚氨酯保温层及防水层构成,其具有施工速度快、保温效果好、防止混凝土剥落掉块、拆除更换方便等优点;(2)利用自行设计的轨道平板电瓶车、门式脚手架、拱架滑道等施工设备施作聚氨酯-波纹板保温套衬;(3)经现场连续3年温度测试,结果表明,在洞外自然温度-18℃~-20℃条件下,该隧道现场冻害整治段围岩温度均为正温,二衬与初支交接面温度均大于2.7℃,聚氨酯-波纹板保温套衬保温效果明显;(4)本研究成果可为类似工程的冻害整治和防冻设计提供参考。 Research purposes:How to effectively prevent the occurrence,development,and disaster of frost damage,reduce the secondary disasters of frost damages,and ensure the safe operation of railway tunnels is one of the key problems to be studied and solved.In this paper,a polyurethane-corrugated plate insulation liner is proposed,which is applied in the field based on the frost damage treatment project of an existing passenger dedicated tunnel,and its insulation effect is studied.Research conclusions:(1)The polyurethane-corrugated plate insulation liner is mainly composed of corrugated steel plate,polyurethane insulation layer,and waterproof layer.It has the advantages of fast construction speed,good insulation effect,preventing concrete peeling and block falling,convenient removal and replacement.(2)The polyurethane-corrugated insulation liner is constructed by using the self-designed track flat battery car,portal scaffold,arch slide,and other construction equipment.(3)The on-site temperature test for three consecutive years shows that under the natural temperature of-18~-20℃outside the tunnel,the surrounding rock temperature of the on-site frost damage treatment section of the tunnel is positive,the temperature of the interface between the secondary lining and the primary support is greater than 2.7℃,and the insulation effect of polyurethane-corrugated plate insulation liner is obvious.(4)The research results can provide references for frost damage treatment and frost protection design of similar projects.
