摘要
研究目的:大口径水平钻机救援钻进碎石土型塌方体过程中,遇到尺度远比钻机大的孤石(直径60 cm以上)时,钻机需穿透石块,其受力性能与钻进正常的塌方体是有很大区别的,会影响救援效率。针对此问题,采用数值模拟分析法,对大口径水平钻机钻进过程遇孤石时DTH潜孔锤钻头扭矩、阻力和外钻筒扭矩、阻力进行研究。研究结论:(1)碎石土塌方体含孤石对钻机钻具受力影响较大,DTH潜孔锤钻头扭矩、阻力和外钻筒扭矩、阻力都发生了成倍的增加;(2)钻机钻进塌方体含有碎石时,钻具的受力远远小于钻进孤石时;(3)钻进过程遇孤石时,应及时进行破碎作业,防止孤石对钻机产生不利影响;(4)本研究成果可应用于隧道塌方应急救援领域,供大口径水平钻机救援借鉴。
Research purposes:In the process of rescue drilling of gravel soil type slump with large-diameter horizontal drilling machine,when encountering boulder(diameter is more than 60 cm)whose scale is far larger than that of drilling machine,the drilling machine may need to penetrate the stone.Its mechanical performance is quite different from that of drilling normal slump,which may affect the rescue efficiency.In order to solve this problem,the numerical simulation experiment analysis method is used to study the bit torque and resistance of DTH hammer,and the torque and resistance of outer drill barrel when encountering boulder in the drilling process of large-diameter horizontal drilling machine.Research conclusions:(1)The boulder in gravel soil slump has a great influence on the drilling tools,and the bit torque and resistance of DTH hammer,as well as the torque and resistance of the outer drill barrel,have multiplied.(2)When the drilling machine is used to drill the collapse body containing gravel,the stress of the drilling tool is far less than that of drilling the boulder.(3)When the drilling machine encounters the boulder,it should be broken in time to prevent the adverse effect of the boulder on the drilling machine.(4)The research results can be applied to the field of tunnel collapse emergency rescue,and can be used as a reference for the rescue of large-diameter horizontal drilling rig.
