摘要
研究目的:针对复杂艰险山区铁路工程建设过程中,因天然砂资源分布不均导致的过度开采对沿线江河生态环境造成不利影响、自然资源过度消耗的问题,本文提出一种基于G1法和改进数据包络分析(DEA)模型的机制砂混凝土绿色等级综合评价方法,以绿色度的大小衡量不同种类机制砂混凝土对于复杂艰险山区铁路工程的适用程度。研究结论:(1)对于地处艰险山区的铁路工程,选择使用天然砂混凝土对沿线江河生态环境、航运安全及防洪堤安全均不利;(2)艰险山区铁路工程选用机制砂混凝土应考虑其自身性能,主要包括工作性能及配合比、力学性能、耐久性能、干燥收缩及徐变;(3)各种类机制砂混凝土对于艰险山区铁路工程的适用程度应以综合考虑其自身性能、经济收益、社会效益、环境影响及制作工艺等方面为基准的绿色度来确定;(4)本研究成果可为复杂艰险山区铁路工程建设过程中选择使用机制砂混凝土提供参考。
Research purposes:To address the problem of over-exploitation of natural sand resources caused by uneven distribution of natural sand resources during the construction of railway projects in complex and difficult mountainous areas,which will adversely affect the ecological environment of rivers along the route and excessive consumption of natural resources,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for the green grade of machine-made sand concrete based on the G1 method and improved data envelopment analysis(DEA)model.The degree of greenness is used to measure the applicability of different types of machine-made sand concrete to railway projects in complex,difficult and dangerous mountainous areas.Research conclusions:(1)For railway projects located in difficult and dangerous mountainous areas,choosing to use natural sand concrete is unfavorable to the ecological environment of rivers along the line,shipping safety and flood protection dike safety.(2)Its own performance mainly includes working performance and mix ratio,mechanical performance,durability performance,drying shrinkage and slight change.(3)The degree of application of various types of machine-made sand concrete to railway projects in difficult and dangerous mountainous areas should be determined by the greenness based on comprehensive consideration of its own performance,economic benefits,social benefits,environmental impacts and manufacturing techniques.(4)This research result can provide a reference for choosing to use machine-made sand concrete in the construction of complex and difficult mountain railway projects.
