摘要
作为阻燃耐火材料,陶瓷化硅橡胶常温下具有良好的加工性能,遇火可以形成自支撑陶瓷层,阻隔火焰并维持一定的强度。主要介绍了陶瓷化硅橡胶的成瓷机理、成瓷体系以及成瓷条件的研究进展,并基于现有研究的不足对未来的改进提出了建议。
As one of flame and heat resistant materials,silicone rubber-based ceramizable composites exhibit satisfactory processing at room temperature.And self-supporting strong ceramic structure is obtained when silicone rubber-based ceramizable composites are exposed to flames.The research progress on the mechanism,components and preparation condition of ceramic silicone rubber was described and discussed.Based on the shortage of recent investigations,the improvement was suggested.
