摘要
通过对氯化物的来源及分布的分析,论述了氯化物在原油加工过程中的危害,综述了氯化物的存在形态。原油中氯的赋存形态有两种:无机氯化物和有机氯化物。这些氯化物的存在于原油加工过程中会对设备及管道造成严重危害,且在催化加氢装置中使催化剂中毒。因此,对氯化物形态的分析研究,有助于在石油加工过程中对设备进行有效的防护。
By analyzing the source and distribution of chloride,the hazards of chloride in crude oil processing were discussed,and the existing form of chloride was reviewed.Therewere two forms of chlorine in crude oil:inorganic chloride and organic chloride.The presence of these chlorides in the process of crude oil will cause serious damage to equipment and pipelines,and cause poisoning of catalysts in the catalytic hydrogenation unit.Therefore,the analysis and study on chloride morphology is helpful for effective protection of equipment in petroleum processing.
