硅钛改性蒙脱土吸附剂吸附工艺条件的筛选

摘要 随着社会工业的进步,污水处理逐渐被人们所重视,其中重金属铬的治理迫在眉睫。本文拟用我国富有资源蒙脱土为改性载体,采用钛和硅为改性元素,通过离子交换法,制备钛硅改性蒙脱土吸附剂。以模拟废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率为评价指标,筛选出最佳吸附工艺条件。实验结果表明当pH=5~7、吸附反应温度为室温、模拟废水中吸附剂使用量为3 g/L、模拟废水浓度为30 mg/L时,吸附效果最佳。 With the development of social industry,people pay more and more attention to wastewater treatment,especially the treatment of heavy metal chromium.Titanium-silicon modified Montmorillonite adsorbent was prepared by ion-exchange method with rich resource Montmorillonite as modified carrier and titanium and silicon as modified elements.Taking the removal rate of Cr(VI)in simulated wastewater as the evaluation index,the optimum adsorption process conditions were selected.The experimental results showed that the best adsorption effect was obtained when pH=5~7,the adsorption reaction temperature was room temperature,the amount of adsorbent used in the simulated wastewater was 3 g/L,and the concentration of the simulated waste water was 30 mg/L.
