摘要
以白芷提取物为主要原料制备质量合格,且具有美白护肤作用的白芷免洗面膜。优化白芷中香豆素类物质的提取条件;确定基质处方的基本组成,筛选出最佳的基质处方;制备白芷提取物、面膜基质及面膜,并对面膜进行质量检查和络氨酸酶抑制率的测定。结果确定:白芷中提取香豆素类物质的最优条件;面膜基质的处方组成;白芷面膜对络氨酸酶有明显的抑制作用。所以可以通过现代技术提取白芷的有效成分制备相对安全、有效的免洗面膜。
Angelica dahurica extract was used as the main raw material to prepare Angelica dahurica free mask with good quality,whitening and skin care function.The extraction conditions of coumarins from Angelica dahurica were optimized.The basic composition of matrix prescription was determined,the best matrix formula was selected.Angelica dahurica extract,mask matrix and mask were prepared,the quality of the mask was checked and the inhibition rate of the enzyme was determined.The results determined the optimum conditions for extracting coumarins from Angelica dahurica and the formulation of mask matrix,and it was showed that Angelica dahurica mask had obvious inhibitory effect on the activity of the tyrosinase.Therefore,the effective components of Angelica dahurica can be extracted by modern technology,and the preparation was relatively safe,effective disposable mask.
