摘要
建立了婴幼儿鞋橡胶部件中N-亚硝基-N-甲基苯胺和N-亚硝基-N-乙基苯胺的高效液相检测方法。采用Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱,以甲醇:水=65:35(体积比)为流动相,使用二极管阵列检测器,在波长为270 nm下两种亚硝基胺能有效分离和测定。结果表明:两种亚硝基胺在0.2~10 mg/L范围下内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,样品加标回收率在88.5%~108.6%,相对标准偏差RSD<5%,检出限分别为0.01 mg/kg和0.04 mg/kg。该方法可用于使用标准气质联用仪法检出两种亚硝基胺时进行进一步验证,提高检测准确度,避免假阳性的结果,满足检测需求。
A HPLC method for the determination of N-nitroso-N-methylaniline and N-nitroso-N-ethylaniline in rubber parts of baby shoes was established.Using Eclipse XDB-C_(18) chromatographic column and methanol:water=65:35(volume ratio)as the mobile phase,the two N-nitrosoamines can be effectively separated and determined by the diode array detectora at the wavelength of 270 nm.The results showed that the linear relationship of the two N-nitrosoamines were good in the range of 0.2~10 mg/L and the correlation coefficients were both greater than 0.999.The recoveries were between 88.5%~108.6%and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%.The limits of detection were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.04 mg/kg,respectively.This method can effectively improve the detection accuracy,avoid the false positive results and meet the detection requirements when two N-nitrosoamines were detected by the standard GC-MS method.
