Exploration on Safety Management Model of Laboratory Medicines in Universities of Science and Technology

高校实验室是开展教育、科研活动的重要场所,其安全管理事关高水平理工大学建设成败。高校实验室药品具有呈现多元化、种类多、使用随机性大、使用者多而杂、专业水平不一、职业素养不同、药品存储和使用量大等特点。针对这些特点开展安全精细化管理,提升管理水平,提高药品使用效率。建立从安全意识、安全制度、人员培训、软硬件建设等方面的全流程监控管理,从药品管理人员、使用人员等角度进行全系统技能、意识培训以及心理培训等全新的药品安全管理模式。

University laboratories are important places for carrying out education and scientific research activities,and their safety management is critical to the success or failure of the construction of high-level universities of science and technology.University laboratory drugs have the characteristics of diversification,variety,random use,many and mixed users,different professional levels,different professionalism,and large amounts of drug storage and use.In view of these characteristics,refined safety management was carried out,the management level and the efficiency of drug use were improved.A whole-process monitoring and management of safety awareness,safety systems,personnel training,software and hardware construction,etc,was established,and system-wide skills,awareness training and psychological training from the perspective of drug managers and users,etc,a brand-new drug safety management model were conducted.
