摘要
大学教师国际化是21世纪许多国家提高大学教师质量和大学改革的重要手段。为了解日本大学教师国际化的现状以及影响教师国际化活动的主要因素,本研究在对国内外有关大学教师的国际化活动研究成果,以及日本国际化相关政策和现状进行梳理后,使用"知识经济社会中的学术职业"(Academic Profession in the Knowledge Society, APIKS)调查的日本地区数据,从个人和学校两个层面分析了日本大学教师教学和研究的国际化活动。首先,描述了不同类型高校中日本大学教师个人层面的教学和研究的国际化活动的现状;其次,从个人和学校层面分析了教师国际化活动的影响因素;最后,总结了日本大学教师国际化活动的学校类型差异及其对我国的启示。
In order to understand the current situation of the internationalization of university faculty in Japan and the main factors affecting their international activities, this research used Japanese data from a national survey of them based on the Academic Profession in the Knowledge Society(APIKS) project and analyzed the international activities of Japanese university faculty in teaching and research at the individual and institutional levels. Firstly, it described the current situation of the internationalization of teaching and research at the individual level of Japanese university faculty in different types of universities;Secondly, it analyzed the influencing factors of faculty’s internationalization activities at the individual and institutional level;Finally, it summarized the Japanese university faculty’s international activities and its implications for China.
