摘要
当前文献对于学科内涵与属性的界定大致包括两部分,一是包涵环境、制度、组织、权力等外界力量的"组织"属性,第二是来源于学科本质的"知识"属性。基于系统科学理论,结合学科的双重属性以及我国学科建设实践,提出学科知识与组织系统,重点论述了学科知识子系统模型、学科组织子系统模型以及"自组织-他组织"的耦合机理,同时从过程视角探讨了学科知识与组织系统的动态演化,构建一个一流学科研究的框架,阐释了一流学科生成的机理。
The definition of discipline connotation and attributes in current literature roughly includes two parts: one is the "organization" attribute including external forces such as environment, system, organization, and power;the other is the "knowledge" attribute derived from the essential attribute of discipline. Based on the system science theory, combined with the dual attributes of discipline and discipline construction practices in our country, this paper puts forward the system of discipline knowledge and organization consisting of the discipline knowledge sub-system and the discipline organization sub-system. The paper discusses the coupling mechanism of the "self-organizing and other organizing", and explores the dynamic evolution of the system of discipline knowledge and organization from the perspective of the process. This paper constructs a research framework of the first-class discipline and explains the mechanism of the formation of the first-class discipline.
