纳米碳示踪法在早期结直肠癌患者根治术中的可行性及效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】观察纳米碳示踪法在早期结直肠癌患者根治术中的可行性及效果。【方法】选取2018年10月至2021年8月本院收治的结直肠癌并行腹腔镜根治术患者80例,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及纳米碳组,每组40例。对照组给予肠镜定位下腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术,治疗组使用纳米碳示踪定位。观察比较两组淋巴结清扫量、术中指标、术后指标、IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ水平及不良事件发生率。【结果】纳米碳组平均清扫量、IL-2、IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组;纳米碳组肛门排气事件、体温恢复事件、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、IL-6均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】纳米碳示踪法能有效提高结直肠癌患者淋巴结清扫量,减少对患者病灶周边组织损伤,减弱其手术应激,促进患者恢复,在直肠癌根治术患者中具有可行性且效果较好。 【Objective】To observe the feasibility and effect of nano-carbon tracing method in radical resection of patients with early colorectal cancer.【Methods】A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic radical resection were selected from October 2018 to August 2021.They were divided into a control group and a nanocarbon group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under colonoscopy,and the treatment group used nanocarbon tracer to locate.Observe and compare the amount of lymph node dissection,intraoperative indexes,postoperative indexes,IL-2,IL-6,IFN-γlevels and the incidence of adverse events between the two groups.【Results】The average cleaning volume,IL-2 and IFN-γlevels of the nanocarbon group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the anal exhaust events,body temperature recovery events,operation time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,and IL-6 were significantly lower in the nanocarbon group In the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Nano carbon tracing method can effectively increase the amount of lymph node dissection in patients with colorectal cancer,reduce the damage to the surrounding tissues of the patient’s focus,reduce the surgical stress,and promote the recovery of the patient.It is feasible in patients undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer.And the effect is better.
