内镜全程追溯系统对内镜中心清洗消毒质量的影响

Influence of endoscopy traceability system on the quality of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopy center

【目的】探讨内镜全程追溯系统在提高内镜中心清洗消毒质量中的应用价值。【方法】选择上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院北院内镜中心2019年8月至2021年8月消毒的256条内镜作为观察对象,其中2019年8月至2020年8月行常规内镜清洗消毒的128条内镜为对照组,2020年9月至2021年8月行内镜全程追溯系统展开清洗消毒的128条内镜为观察组。对比分析两组内镜清洗消毒质量、内镜清洗消毒相关指标。【结果】观察组内镜清洗合格率、消毒合格率及生物学监测合格率高于对照组,内镜表面黄斑率、纱布损耗率、钳管道维修率、清洗刷更换频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】内镜全程追溯系统应用于内镜中心清洗消毒中可优化内镜清洗消毒各个环节,提高内镜清洗消毒质量,为内镜安全使用奠定良好基础。

【Objective】To explore the application value of endoscopy traceability system in improving the cleaning and disinfection quality of endoscopy centers.【Methods】The 256 endoscopes disinfected by the Endoscopy Center of North Hospital of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to the Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the observation object,of which 128 endoscopes that underwent routine endoscopy cleaning and disinfection from August 2019 to August 2020 were the control group,and 128 endoscopes that underwent endoscopy whole process traceability system cleaning and disinfection from September 2020 to August 2021 were the observation group.The quality of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection and the related indexes of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection were compared and analyzed between the two groups.【Results】The qualified rates of endoscope cleaning,disinfection and biological monitoring in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the macular rate,gauze loss rate,clamp pipe maintenance rate and cleaning brush replacement frequency on the endoscope surface were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of the endoscope whole process traceability system in the cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope center can optimize all links of endoscope cleaning and disinfection,improve the quality of endoscope cleaning and disinfection,and lay a good foundation for the safe use of endoscopes.
