基于马斯洛需要层次论的程序化护理对白内障手术患者自我感受负担、疾病认知及术中应激的影响

Effects of programmed nursing based on Maslow's hierarchical theory of needs on self-perceived burden,disease cognition and intraoperative stress in patients undergoing cataract surgery

【目的】探讨基于马斯洛需要层次论的程序化护理对白内障手术患者自我感受负担、疾病认知及术中应激的影响。【方法】选取2019年2月至2021年2月期间在本院接受手术治疗的患者84例,按照随机数字表法分2组,对照组(42例)给予常规护理模式,研究组(42例)给予基于马斯洛需要层次论的程序化护理模式。比较两组自我感受负担、疾病认知情况、术中应激反应指标、术后并发症发生情况。【结果】干预后两组患者SPBS量表各维度得分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且干预后研究组患者SPBS量表各维度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组疾病认知评分、手术认知评分、预后认知评分、出院认知评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术中15 min两组患者心率、MAP、皮质醇、肾上腺素均高于术前24 h(P<0.05),且术中15 min时研究组患者心率、MAP、皮质醇、肾上腺素均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率9.52%,低于对照组33.33%(P<0.05)。【结论】基于马斯洛需要层次论的程序化护理能减轻白内障手术患者自我感受负担、术中应激,提高疾病认知,减少术后并发症发生。

【Objective】To explore the effects of programmed nursing based on Maslow's hierarchical theory of needs on self-perceived burden,disease cognition and intraoperative stress in patients undergoing cataract surgery.【Methods】A total of 84 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group(42 cases)was given conventional nursing mode,and the study group(42 cases)was given programmed nursing model based on Maslow's hierarchical theory of needs.The self-perceived burden,disease cognition,intraoperative stress response indicators,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.【Results】After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the SPBS scale of patients in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),after the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the SPBS scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disease cognition score,surgery cognition score,prognosis cognition score,and discharge cognition score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,MAP,cortisol,and epinephrine of patients in the two groups at 15min during the operation were higher than those of the 24h before the operation(P<0.05),in addition,the heart rate,MAP,cortisol,and adrenaline of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 15 min during the operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 9.52%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Programmed nursing based on Maslow’s hierarchy theory of needs can reduce the self-perceived burden and intraoperative stress in patients undergoing cataract surgery,improve disease cognition,and reduce postoperative complications.
