手术室护理结合术中神经电生理监测技术对脊柱不稳患者术后疼痛及并发症的影响

Effect of operating room nursing combined with intraoperative neuroelectrophysiological monitoring technology on postoperative pain and complications of patients with spinal instability

【目的】探讨手术室护理结合术中神经电生理监测技术在脊柱不稳患者中的应用价值。【方法】选择2020年1月至12月我院收治的脊柱不稳患者106例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各53例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组采取手术室护理结合术中神经电生理监测技术,观察至患者出院。对比两组心理状况、术后疼痛程度、并发症发生情况。【结果】观察组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及并发症发生率低于对照组,术后疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】手术室护理结合术中神经电生理监测技术能够改善脊柱不稳患者不良情绪,减轻术后疼痛,减少并发症的发生。

【Objective】To explore the application value of intraoperative neuro-electrophysiological monitoring technology in operating room nursing combined with patients with spinal instability.【Methods】A total of 106 patients with spinal instability admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group used operating room nursing combined with intraoperative neuroelectrophysiological monitoring technology.The psychological status,postoperative pain degree,and complications of the two groups were compared.【Results】The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the incidence of complications in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the postoperative pain was lighter than the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Operating room nursing combined with intraoperative neuro-electrophysiological monitoring technology can improve the bad mood of patients with spinal instability,reduce postoperative pain,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
