超声乳化术与小切口非超声乳化术对老年白内障患者术后视力及眼压的影响对比

Effects of phacoemulsification and small incision non phacoemulsification on postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure in elderly cataract patients

【目的】探讨超声乳化术与小切口非超声乳化术治疗≥65岁白内障患者术后视力及眼压的影响。【方法】选取2019年7月至2020年7月在我院就诊的100例白内障患者为研究对象,按照不同手术方案分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=49),其中观察组行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术,对照组行超声乳化白内障吸除术,观察两组患者术前和术后1天、1周、1个月视力变化,比较术前和术后2 h、4 h、12 h、24 h、48 h眼压变化。【结果】术后1天和术后1周,观察组患者视力明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月,两组患者视力比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后2 h、4 h、12 h、24 h,观察组患者眼压明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后48 h,观察组与对照组患者眼压水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。【结论】小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术比超声乳化白内障吸除术更有利于65岁以上白内障患者视力恢复,且眼压波动幅度更小。

【Objective】To investigate the effects of phacoemulsification and non-phacoemulsification on postoperative visual acuity and intraocular pressure in cataract patients≥65 years old.【Methods】A total of 100 cataract patients admitted to our hospital between July 2019 and July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different surgical plans,they were divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=49).The observation group received small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction,and the control group received phacoemulsification cataract aspiration.The visual acuity changes,and intraocular pressure changes at 2 h,4 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h before and after surgery were observed in two groups.【Results】One day and one week after surgery,the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and one month after surgery,there was no significant difference in visual acuity between two groups(P>0.05).At 2 h,4 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery,intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure level between two groups at 48 h after surgery(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction is more conducive to the recovery of visual acuity than phacoemulsification cataract extraction in cataract patients≥65 years old,and the fluctuation of intraocular pressure is less.
