分析舒适护理对小儿咽喉手术后麻醉恢复期躁动的应用效果

Analyze the effect of comfort nursing on restlessness in the recovery period of anesthesia after throat surgery in children

【目的】分析应用舒适护理后行咽喉手术的患儿在麻醉恢复期的躁动发生情况并探究其运用价值。【方法】抽取112名在我院接受小儿咽喉手术治疗的病例作为研究对象,按照患儿入院顺序并结合组间匹配原则将患儿进行分组,即舒适组和基础组,每组56名患儿。所有患儿均在手术前采用全身麻醉,基础组患儿在术后应用常规护理干预,舒适组患儿术后在常规护理的基础上联合应用舒适护理干预,评估两组患儿在麻醉恢复期躁动发生情况、恢复室停留时间及监护人对护理质量的评分。【结果】舒适组患儿在麻醉恢复期躁动发生频率较基础组低(P<0.05);舒适组患儿在恢复室停留时间较基础组短(P<0.05);舒适组患儿监护人对护理质量评分较基础组高(P<0.05)。【结论】针对小儿咽喉手术患儿,在实施全身麻醉后,应用舒适护理,可以在麻醉恢复期减少患儿躁动的发生情况,并缩短在恢复室停留时间,提高监护人对护理的满意情况,可以在临床中进一步应用和推广。

【Objective】To analyze the incidence of restlessness in children undergoing throat surgery after comfort care and to explore its application value.【Methods】The 112 cases who received pediatric throat surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object.According to the order of admission and the principle of inter-group matching,the children were divided into comfort group and basic group,with 56 children in each group.All children were given general anesthesia before operation.The children in the basic group were given routine nursing intervention after operation,and the children in the comfort group were given comfort nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing after operation.The occurrence of agitation in the recovery period of anesthesia,the stay time in the recovery room and the score of nursing quality by the guardian were evaluated.【Results】The frequency of agitation in comfort group was lower than that in basic group(P<0.05);The stay time in the recovery room in the comfort group was shorter than that in the basic group(P<0.05);The nursing quality score of the guardians in the comfort group was higher than that in the basic group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】For children with throat surgery,after the implementation of general anesthesia,the application of comfort nursing can reduce the occurrence of agitation in children during the recovery period of anesthesia,shorten the stay time in the recovery room,and improve the satisfaction of guardians with nursing,which can be further applied and popularized in clinical practice.
