微视频健康宣教联合程序化疼痛干预在先天性心脏病室间隔缺损修补术后的应用观察

Application observation of micro-video health education combined with programmed pain intervention in congenital heart disease after repair of ventricular septal defect

【目的】探究微视频健康宣教联合程序化疼痛干预在先天性心脏病室间隔缺损修补术后的应用效果。【方法】回顾性分析2017年9月至2020年9月本院收治的100例先天性心脏病室间隔缺损患者的病历资料,其中2017年9月至2019年3月纳入50例为对照组,2019年4月至2020年9月纳入50例为观察组。对照组进行常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用微视频健康宣教联合程序化疼痛干预,比较两组患儿疼痛水平、患儿家长健康知识掌握情况及术后并发症。【结果】干预后,两组患儿疼痛评估量表(FLACC)评分均显著低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长健康知识掌握程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】先天性心脏病室间隔缺损修补术后予以微视频健康宣教联合程序化疼痛干预可明显改善患儿疼痛水平,提升家长健康知识掌握程度,降低患儿术后并发症的发生,临床应用价值较高。

【Objective】To explore the effect of micro-video health education combined with programmed pain intervention after repairing congenital heart disease with ventricular septal defect.【Methods】A retrospective analysis of the medical records of 100 patients with congenital heart disease and ventricular septal defect admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2020.From September 2017 to March 2019,50 cases were included as the control group and from April 2019 to September 2020,50 cases were included as the observation group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group adopted micro-video health education combined with programmed pain intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain level,health knowledge mastery of children's parents and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.【Results】After the intervention,the scores of Face,Legs,Activity,Cry and Consolidation(FLACC)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The mastery of health knowledge of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Micro-video health education combined with programmed pain intervention after repair of ventricular septal defect in congenital heart disease can significantly improve the pain level of children,improve the mastery of parents'health knowledge,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.It has high clinical application value.
