六君子汤加减治疗非小细胞肺癌肺脾气虚型对血管生成、免疫功能的影响

Effects of modified Liujunzi decoction on angiogenesis and immune function in the treatment of lung-spleen Qi deficiency type of non-small cell lung cancer

【目的】探讨六君子汤加减治疗非小细胞肺癌肺脾气虚型对血管生成、免疫功能的影响。【方法】选择在我院就诊的肺脾气虚型非小细胞肺癌患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。比较两组患者血清血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平、免疫功能、症状评分、临床疗效。【结果】观察组患者血清VEGF水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CD3^(+)细胞分数、CD4^(+)细胞分数、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞百分比均显著高于对照组,CD8^(+)细胞分数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Karnofaky评分显著高于对照组,中医症候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床有效率(56.00%)显著高于对照组(28.00%)。【结论】六君子汤加减辅助化疗用于肺脾气虚型非小细胞肺癌患者效果显著,可抑制肿瘤微血管生成,提高其免疫功能,改善患者临床症状。

【Objective】To investigate the effect of Liujunzi decoction on angiogenesis and immune function in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with lung-spleen Qi deficiency.【Methods】Fifty patients with lung-spleen Qi deficiency type of non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),immune function,symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.【Results】The level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of CD3^(+)cells,CD4^(+)cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and natural killer cells in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the percentage of CD8^(+)cells was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Karnofaky score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the Traitional Chinese Medicine syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group(56.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(28.00%)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Liujunzi decoction modified adjuvant chemotherapy is effective for patients with lung-spleen Qi deficiency type of non-small cell lung cancer.It can inhibit tumor microangiogenesis,improve its immune function,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
