疏风清肺汤联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性支气管炎的效果及对FeNO、CysLTs的影响

Effect of Shufeng Qingfei decoction combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic bronchitis and its effect on FeNO and CYSLTs

【目的】探讨疏风清肺汤联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性支气管炎的效果及对呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、半胱氨酰自三烯(CysLTs)的影响。【方法】选择在我院接受治疗的138例慢性支气管炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=70)和对照组(n=68)。对照组给予糖皮质激素治疗,联合组给予疏风清肺汤联合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、FeNO、CysLTs、血清白细胞介素6IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、临床症状改善情况及不良反应发生率。【结果】治疗后,试验组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);试验组和对照组FeNO、CysLTs均随着时间的推移而降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组咳嗽、呼吸困难及浓痰改善时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。【结论】在慢性支气管炎患者中应用疏风清肺汤联合糖皮质激素疗效显著,可能与其可有效改善FeNO、CysLTs水平有关。

【Objective】To study effect of Shufeng Qingfei decoction combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic bronchitis and its effect on fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and cysteyl autotriene(CYSLTs).【Methods】The 138 patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group(n=70)and control group(n=68)by random number table method.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the combined group was treated with Shufeng Qingfei decoction combined with glucocorticoid.The clinical efficacy,FeNO,CysLTs,serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),the improvement of clinical symptoms and the rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);FeNO and CysLTs in the experimental group and the control group decreased with time,and the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The improvement time of cough,dyspnea and concentrated sputum in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The effect of Shufeng Qingfei decoction combined with glucocorticoid in patients with chronic bronchitis is significant,which may be related to its effective improvement of FeNO and CysLTs levels.
