基于风险管理的精细化护理在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用

Application of refined care based on risk management in patients with diabetic retinopathy

【目的】基于风险管理的精细化护理在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者中的应用。【方法】选取102例DR患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与干预组,各51例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组基于风险管理实行精细化护理,比较两组的血糖指标、护理依从性及护理满意度。【结果】干预组的血糖水平低于对照组,干预组护理的依从性与护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】DR患者基于风险管理实行精细化护理能有效降低血糖水平,提升其护理依从性,有利于疾病康复。

【Objective】Application of refined care based on risk management in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).【Methods】A total of 102 DR patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The intervention group carried out refined care based on risk management.The blood glucose index,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.【Results】The blood glucose level of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Carrying out refined nursing care based on risk management for DR patients can effectively reduce blood glucose levels,improve their nursing compliance,and is conducive to disease recovery.
