经胸乳入路腔镜下甲状舌管囊肿切除术的临床应用

Clinical application of laparoscopic thyroglossal duct cyst resection

【目的】探讨保留舌骨的完全腔镜下经胸乳入路甲状舌管囊肿切除术的临床应用。【方法】2016年1月~2020年12月我科对14例甲状舌管囊肿行胸乳入路腔镜甲状舌管囊肿切除术。在保留舌骨前提下行腔镜下囊肿切除。【结果】14例顺利完成胸乳入路腔镜甲状舌管囊肿切除术,手术时间(52±8.7)min;术中出血量(9.2±6.3)ml。术后切口均一期愈合,无手术并发症发生。术后随访6个月,复查颈部B超未见复发。【结论】保留舌骨的完全腔镜下经胸乳入路甲状舌管囊肿切除术具有较佳的美容效果,安全可行。

【Objective】To explore the clinical application of complete endoscopic resection with preserved hyoid bone.【Methods】From January 2016 to December 2020,our department performed 14 cases.Microscopic cyst resection was performed under the retention of the tongue bone.【Results】Fourteen chest resection of TBM was successfully completed,surgical time(52±8.7)min;intraoperative bleeding(9.2±6.3)ml.The postoperative incision was healed in the first phase,and no surgical complications occurred.The patients were followed up for 6 months and no recurrence was found by B-ultrasound.【Conclusion】Complete endoscopic resection of the preserved tongue bone has a better cosmetic effect and is safe and feasible.
