The patient classification system software is the basis for the allocation of medical and nursing human resources in the outpatient department of the hospital.Medical human resource management refers to the total number of medical personnel who can adapt to the requirements of social development,promote the progress of medical and nursing work,and have IQ and physical labor ability.On the basis of assessing the specific work responsibilities of clinical medicine,according to the amount of medical and nursing labor and their own medical conditions,nurses will be deployed,and hierarchical management will be implemented to reflect electronic energy level matching.This article mainly explores the classification of patients in obstetric wards and its application in nursing manpower allocation,aiming to provide theoretical references for the implementation of specific nursing work in clinical obstetrics.
