摘要
针对科研生产场所在用电过程中事故频发的问题,分析了科研生产区工业生产用电的主要安全隐患及隐患成因,提出了从低压终端配电系统、用电设备设施的电能质量以及接地系统方面开展电气安全检测工作,并介绍了针对性的检测要点和检测参量,研究结果有利于从源头上发现并辨识生产过程中的用电危险源,为科研生产场所电气安全检测及故障诊断提供了有效的理论支撑。
Aiming at the problem of frequent accidents in the process of electricity use in production areas,this article analyzed the main safety hazards and the causes of the hidden dangers of the power consumption process of industrial production,and proposes to carry out the electrical safety inspection work from low voltage terminal power distribution system,power quality of electrical equipment and facilities,and grounding system.The targeted testing points and testing parameters for each aspect are introduced.The research results are conductive to the discovery and identification of hazards in the production process from the source,and can provide effective theoretical support for electrical safety testing and fault diagnosis in the research and production areas.
