金融可得性视角下的农地流转与农村居民收入

Rural Land Circulation and Rural Residents Income from the Perspective of Financial Availability

本文利用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,运用内生转换回归模型和中介效应模型实证分析金融可得性视角下农地流转对农村居民收入的影响,以及三者之间的关联关系和内在机理。研究结果显示:(1)金融可得性能够显著促进农户农地流转,提高农户金融可得性能够提升农户农地流转的概率;(2)金融可得性视角下农户农地流转对农村居民收入有显著的促进作用,提高农地转出组或是农地转入组农户的金融可得性能够显著提高农村居民收入;(3)金融可得性可以通过影响农地流转,促进农户参与农地流转进而提高农村居民收入。

Based on the data from the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),this paper uses the endogenous transformation regression model and the mediating effect model to analyze the impact of rural land transfer on rural residents income from the perspective of financial availability,as well as the correlation and internal mechanism among them.The results are show as follows.Firstly,financial availability can significantly promote rural land transfer,and improving financial availability can increase the probability of rural land transfer.Secondly,from the perspective of financial availability,rural land transfer can significantly promote the income of rural residents,and improving the financial availability of the transfer-out group or the transfer-in group can significantly increase the income of rural residents.Thirdly,financial availability can improve the income of rural residents by influencing rural land transfer to promote their participation.
