不同基质对软枣猕猴桃扦插育苗的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究不同扦插基质对软枣猕猴桃扦插育苗的影响,结果表明:6个基质处理中,草炭土∶河沙(1∶1)、草炭土∶珍珠岩(1∶1)处理的生根效果最好,生根率分别为85.56%、72.22%,根数平均13个、根长平均14.5 cm以上、根粗达1.65 mm以上、新枝长度和粗度分别为23.5 cm以上和3.18 mm以上;而河沙和珍珠岩的生根效果均较差。综上所述,河沙或珍珠岩与草炭土按1∶1比例混合的复合基质是软枣猕猴桃扦插育苗的最适基质。 This paper studied the effects of different cutting media on the cutting seedling of A.arguta.The results showed that among the six media treatments,the rooting effect of peat soil and river sand(1∶1)and peat soil and perlite(1∶1)was the best,the rooting rates were 85.56%and 72.22%,the average number of roots was 13,the average root length was more than 14.5cm,and the root diameter was more than 1.65mm,the length and thickness of new branches were more than 23.5cm and 3.18mm.The rooting effects of river sand and perlite were poor.In conclusion,the composite matrix of river sand or perlite mixed with peat soil in the ratio of 1∶1 is the most suitable matrix for cutting and seedling raising of A.arguta.
