摘要
为了更好的研究大兴安岭野生植物营养成分价值,为不同功能的林副产品开发提供理论依据。以大兴安岭15种野生植物为研究对象,对其叶片羟自由基、抗超氧阴离子自由基、总抗氧化能力进行测定分析,利用SPSS软件比较其抗氧化活性大小,结果表明15种野生植物均具有一定的体外抗氧化能力,但不同类植物间总抗氧化能力差异显著,第一类(黄酮含量高)与第二类(总糖与Mn含量高)的抗氧化活性显著高于第三类和第四类。抑制羟自由基能力范围在5.19~22.07 U/mg,清除能力最强的树莓叶也属于第一类植物。超氧阴离子抑制能力范围在0.81~2.89 U/mg,清除能力较强的红豆越桔、蓝靛果忍冬、金莲与蓝莓分别属于第一与第二类植物,说明黄酮与可溶性总糖在抗氧化能力中起主要作用。
In order to better study the nutritional value of wild plants in Daxing’an Mountains,there was provide a theoretical basis for the development of different functional forest by-product.Leaves of fifteen wild plants in Daxing’an Mountains were researched,hydroxyl radicals,antisuperoxide anion free radical and antioxidant capacity were analyzed by using SPSS software.The results showed that fifteen wild plants have a certain degree of antioxidant capacity,but significant differences were found in total antioxidant capacity between different species of these fifteen plants.The antioxidant activity of the first category which obtained the highest total flavonoids content and the second category which obtained the highest total manganese content and dissolvable total sugar was significantly higher than the third and fourth category.There was the range inhibition of hydroxyl radical in 5.19~22.07 U/mg,Rubus occidentalis has the highest removal ability that belong to the first category.There was the range inhibition of antisuperoxide anion free radical in 0.81~2.89U/mg,Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.,Lonicera coerulea L.,Trollius chinensis Bunge and Vaccinium uliginosum Linn had the higher removal ability that belong to the first category and second category.This meant that total flavonoids and dissolvable total sugar played the main role in antioxidant capacity.
