聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂对下肢深静脉血栓后遗症性溃疡治疗的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Polidocanol Foam Sclerotherapy on Sequelae Ulcers of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

目的通过对比有无使用聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢深静脉血栓后遗症(PTS)性溃疡,探索聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗对PTS性溃疡的疗效。方法方便选取2018年1月—2021年1月该院收治的160例PTS性溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为基础组和实践组,各80例。基础组措施为基础治疗,实践组措施为基础治疗的基础上行聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂注射破坏溃疡下静脉交通支治疗,评估症状积分,观察下肢溃疡情况,统计有效率。结果经治疗后,针对症状积分进行评估,色素沉着、溃疡、静脉扩张积分均有差异,实践组低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗后针对下肢溃疡情况进行评估,实践组患者溃疡面积、色素沉着面积经测量低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实践组治疗有效率97.50%明显优于基础组86.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.782,P=0.009)。结论聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂治疗可一定程度上加快PTS性溃疡的愈合,对促进PTS性溃疡的愈合有积极作用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of polidocanol foam sclerosing agent in treating sequelae of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities by comparing with or not using polidocanol foam sclerotherapy for PTS ulcers of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods 160 patients with PTS ulcer admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a basic group and a practice group,with 80 cases in each group.The measures of the basic group were basic treatments,and the measures of the practice group were basic treatments and the injection of polidocanol foam sclerosing agent destroys the inferior venous communication branch of the ulcer,to evaluate the symptom score,observes the condition of lower extremity ulcers,and counts the effective rate.Results After treatment,the symptom scores were evaluated,and the scores for pigmentation,ulcers,vein dilation were different,and the practice group was lower than the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcers of the lower limbs were evaluated.The area of ulcers and pigmentation of the patients in the practice group were lower than those in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of 97.50%in the practice group was significantly better than that in the basic group 86.25%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.782,P=0.009).Conclusion Polydocanol foam sclerotherapy can accelerate the healing of PTS ulcers to a certain extent,and has a positive effect on promoting the healing of PTS ulcers.
