初治肺结核患者配合微信教育和督导的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of WeChat Education and Supervision in Newly Treated Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

目的探析微信教育和督导在初治肺结核患者护理干预中的作用。方法便利选取2019年1月—2020年1月该院结核门诊诊治的106例初治活动性肺结核患者作为观察对象,通过乱数表法分成干预组和对照组,各53例。两组均给予专科治疗,对照组实施常规健康宣教和指导,干预组同时配合微信教育和督导,干预3个月后评测两组患者的肺结核知识知晓率与用药依从性。结果在干预1个月后,干预组肺结核知识知晓率为96.23%,复诊痰标本留取率为98.11%,对照组分别为81.13%、83.02%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.014、7.067,P<0.05);干预1个月、3个月时干预组遵医用药依从性评分分别为(7.15±0.30)分、(7.28±0.35)分,均显著高于对照组的(6.08±0.55)分、(5.79±0.68)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.434、14.184,P<0.05)。结论在初治肺结核患者护理中实施配合微信教育和督导,有助于提高患者肺结核知识知晓率,并可增强患者复诊留痰和遵医用药的依从性,以提高临床疗效,有着重要临床意义。

Objective To explore the role of WeChat education and supervision in nursing intervention for newly treated pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,106 newly-treated active pulmonary tuberculosis patients diagnosed and treated in the hospital's tuberculosis clinic were conveniently selected as observation objects,and they were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.Both groups were given specialist treatment,the control group was given regular health education and guidance,the intervention group also cooperated with WeChat education and supervision.After 3 months of intervention,the two groups were evaluated for their awareness of tuberculosis knowledge and medication compliance.Results After 1 month of intervention,the awareness rate of pulmonary tuberculosis knowledge in the intervention group was 96.23%,the return rate of sputum specimen retention was 98.11%,and the control group was 81.13%and 83.02%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.014,7.067,P<0.05);the medical compliance scores of the intervention group were(7.15±0.30)points and(7.28±0.35)points,respectively,at 1 month and 3 months of intervention,which were significantly higher than the control group(6.08±0.55)points,(5.79±0.68)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.434,14.184,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of WeChat education and supervision in the nursing of newly treated pulmonary tuberculosis patients can help improve the awareness rate of pulmonary tuberculosis knowledge,and can enhance the compliance of patients with sputum retention and compliance with medical drugs for follow-up visits,which has important clinical significance.
