小型电催化膜组件的结构设计及流场仿真分析

摘要 目的:为保障饮水安全,设计一种用于水质净化的小型电催化膜组件。方法:该组件基于电催化膜净水技术设计,主要由阳极电催化膜、阴极金属网、密封件和外壳组成。其中电催化膜为管式炭膜,金属网为管式钛网,外壳由上盖、壳体、密封圈和下盖组成,密封件由压盖、固定座、密封套、导线和密封圈组成。采用COMSOL软件,通过模型构建、网格划分对该组件进行流场仿真分析。结果:仿真结果表明,该组件主要管路的速度分布和压力分布均匀。结论:小型电催化膜组件设计合理,可作为重要功能元件用于小型净水装备。 Objective To design a small electrocatalytic membrane module to ensure drinking water safety.Methods A small electrocatalytic membrane module was developed for water treatment,which was composed of an electrocatalytic membrane(tubular carbon membrane)as the anode,a metal mesh(tubular titanium mesh)as the cathode,a seal and a housing.The housing consisted of an upper cover,a housing body,two seal rings and a lower cover.The seal was made up of a gland,a fixed base,two sleeves,two wires and two seal rings.COMSOL software was used to simulate the flow field of the electrocatalytic membrane module through model construction and mesh division.Results The simulation results showed that the velocity and pressure were distributed evenly in the main lines of the electrocatalytic membrane module.Conclusion The electrocatalytic membrane modules is well designed and can be used as an important functional element in the small water purifier.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(12):29-32,67]
