Daytona超广角激光扫描眼底成像系统在白内障患者术前检查中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对比Daytona超广角激光扫描眼底成像系统(以下简称“Daytona超广角系统”)与常用眼底检查方法在白内障患者术前眼底病变检查中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年2月在某院行白内障手术的患者88例(共90只患眼),术前分别用Daytona超广角系统、传统眼底照相、散瞳前置镜检查3种方法进行眼底检查,术后1周复查时再次行散瞳前置镜检查,统计并比较不同方法间检出眼底病变的检出率、检查时间等。数据采用SPSS 24.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:Daytona超广角系统的眼底病变检出率为34.44%,传统眼底照相的眼底病变检出率为17.78%,散瞳前置镜检查的眼底病变检出率为27.78%,三者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,Daytona超广角系统与传统眼底照相的检出率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但Daytona超广角系统和散瞳前置镜检查的检出率、传统眼底照相和散瞳前置镜检查的检出率,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。所有患者术后散瞳前置镜检查的眼底病变检出率为33.33%,与术前散瞳前置镜检查和Daytona超广角系统的检出率均无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。Daytona超广角系统的检查时间为1.7~5.0 min[平均(3.23±0.72)min],传统眼底照相的检查时间为4~10 min[平均(5.39±1.02)min],散瞳前置镜的检查时间为2~6 min[平均(3.61±0.87)min]。3种检查方法所用时间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Daytona超广角系统具有易操作、成像快、免散瞳、检查范围广及成像清晰的优势,对白内障患者眼底病变具有较高的检出率,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To compare the values of Daytona ultra-widefield retinal imaging device and commonly used fundus examination methods in the preoperative examination of cataract patients.Methods A total of 88 patients(90 eyes)who underwent cataract surgery at some hospital from September 2020 to February 2021 were selected for preoperative fundus examination by three methods:Daytona ultra-widefield retinal imaging device,traditional fundus photography and mydriatic fundus examination with the superfield lens,and mydriatic fundus examinations with the superfield lens was performed again at the 1-week postoperative follow-up.The detection rate and the examination time were counted and compared between the three methods.SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The detection rate of fundus lesions was 34.44%by Daytona imaging device,17.78%by traditional fundus photography and 27.78%by mydriatic fundus examination with the superfield lens,with statistically significant differences between the three methods(P<0.05).The difference between Daytona imaging device and traditional fundus photography was statistically significant(P<0.05),while those between mydriatic fundus examination and each of the remained two ones were not(all P>0.05).The detection rate of fundus lesions by postoperative mydriatic fundus examination with the superfield lens was 33.33%in all the patients,which was not statistically different from those by preoperative mydriatic fundus examination and Daytona imaging device(all P>0.05).The examination time by Daytona imaging device ranged from 1.7 to 5.0 min(average(3.23±0.72)min),by traditional fundus photography from 4 to 10 min(average(5.39±1.02)min)and by mydriatic fundus examination with the superfield lens from 2 to 6 min(average(3.61±0.87)min).The differences between the examination time by the three methods were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Daytona imaging device gains advantages in easy operation,fast and clear imaging,no need for mydriasis,wide range of examination and high detection rate for fundus lesions in cataract patients,and thus is worthy promoting clinically.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(12):60-63]
