解淀粉芽孢杆菌EZ99菌肥对白芨生长与生理生态特性影响 被引量:2

Effect of Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens EZ99 Bacterial Fertilizer on Growth and Physiological and Ecological Characteristics of Paeonia Lactiflora

摘要 该文采用不同层遮阴网创造不同光照强度,探讨各光照条件下施EZ99菌肥+蘸根缓解光胁迫对白芨生长、生理生态特性的影响。设全光照L1、轻度遮阴L2(45%~50%光照)、重度遮阴L3(5%~10%光照)下,不施菌肥P0与施EZ99菌肥P1处理。栽培幼苗80d,进行白芨农艺性状、叶绿素SPAD值、比叶质量(LMA)、叶绿素荧光参数等测定,探讨不同光照条件与EZ99菌肥互作,对白芨农艺性状、比叶质量、叶绿素SPAD值、叶绿素荧光参数等的影响。结果表明:①施EZ99菌肥处理均可降低白芨比叶质量,提高光合效率,使叶绿素SPAD值、生物量、鳞茎数量、鲜重处于较高水平。②施EZ99菌肥或轻度遮阴处理均可使白芨叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm在0.8以上,其变化幅度为4.7%~10.2%;轻度遮阴下施EZ99菌肥(L2P1)处理的ΦPSⅡ最大光量子效率Fv/Fm值0.7365、光化学淬灭系数qP值0.4516、表观光合电子传递速率ETR值40.54均为最大值,非光化学淬灭系数NPQ值3.02为最小值。测试数据表明,轻度遮阴并施EZ99菌肥(L2P1)处理提高白芨光合能力较强,施EZ99菌肥能为白芨创造良好的生长环境,缓解强光对白芨幼苗生长的胁迫作用,在一定程度上增加其光适应的生态幅度,提高光合速率。 [Objective]The shading net was used to simulate different light conditions,and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of specific leaf mass(LMA)of Paeonia lactiflora were measured.The effects of EZ99 bacterial fertilizer and dipping roots on mitigating the light stress on the growth,physiological and ecological characteristics of Paeonia lactiflora were explored,for strengthening the adaptation ability to strong light and overcoming the difficulties brought by strong light to the cultivation and production of Paeonia lactiflora.[Method]Set three gradients of light conditions:full light L1,light shading L2(45%~50%light intensity),and heavy shading L3(5%~10%light intensity);Each gradient is set no bacteria fertilizer treatment P0,and bacteria fertilizer treatment P1,a total of 6 treatments were performed.After 80 days of shading,agronomic characteristics,chlorophyll SPAD value,specific leaf mass,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured.The effects of different light and EZ99 bacterial fertilizer interactions on agronomic characteristics,specific leaf mass(LMA),chlorophyll SPAD value,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Paeonia lactiflora were analyzed.[Results]①Every treatment of applying EZ99 bacterial fertilizer can reduce the specific leaf mass LMA of Paeonia lactiflora,improve photosynthetic efficiency,make the chlorophyll SPAD value,biomass,bulb number and fresh weight at a high level,and reduce the input cost per unit leaf area,and shows a faster resource flow rate and return efficiency.②The chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm of each treatment with EZ99 bacterial fertilizer was above 0.8,with a smaller change range of 4.7%~10.2%;ΦPSII value,qP value,and ETR value were 0.7365,0.4516 and 40.54,respectively,the maximum,the NPQ value was 3.02,the minimum value,it indicates that the photosynthetic electron transfer rate of the leaves of Paeonia lactiflora is the highest,which promotes the light energy absorbed by the PSⅡantenna pigment to be mainly used for photosynthetic electron transfer,reducing the photosynthetic electron transfer to be wasted in the form of heat dissipation,and its photosynthetic rate is the largest.[Conclusion]Application of EZ99 bacterial fertilizer according to the agronomic characteristics,specific leaf mass,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Paeonia lactiflora,created a good growth environment for Paeonia lactiflora,alleviating the stress of strong light on the growth of Paeonia lactiflora seedlings,and increasing the ecological extent of light adaptation of Paeonia lactiflora.It is one of the effective ways to solve the difficulty of large-scale cultivation and production of Paeonia lactiflora by applying Bacillus amyloliquefaciens EZ99 slow-release microbial fertilizer.
