大学体育“四年一贯制”教学的理性审视

摘要 该文运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析、统计对比等研究方法,对大学体育持续性教学内容、合理性课程设置、创新性教学手段、多元性教学考核等方面进行分析和思考,探索大学体育“四年一贯制”教学改革模式。研究认为,通过“四年一贯制”教学模式,以民族传统体育文化教育为载体、以融合创新为核心、以文化认知为基本、以日常养成为基础,促进学生身心全面发展,重点将“四年一贯制”的体育教学模式改革与高校体育运动实际开展情况相关联,并将课内课外、校内校外、线上线下进行有机结合,采取模块化教学模式,对体育课程进行了系统、全面的整体性研究,以期扭转学生体质不良、健康隐患、运动能力缺乏等羸弱的身体状况,伴随学生全面发展的终身体育实现。 By using literature,expert interviews,logic analysis,statistical comparison and other research methods,this paper analyzes and thinks about the sustainable teaching content,rational curriculum setting,innovative teaching means and diversified teaching assessment of college physical teaching,and explore the reform mode of teaching"four-year consistent system"of university physical education.The research holds that through the"four-year consistent system"teaching model,taking the traditional sports culture education as the carrier,the integration of innovation as the core,the cultural cognition as the basic,the daily development as the basis,we can promote the all-round physical and mental development of students,and focus on connecting the reform of the"four-year consistent system"physical education teaching mode with the actual development of physical education in colleges and universities.It organically combines in and out of class,in and out of school,online and offline,adopts the modular teaching mode,and makes a systematic and comprehensive overall research on the physical education curriculum,in order to reverse the weak physical conditions of students,such as poor physique,hidden health hazards and lack of sports ability,and realize the lifelong physical education with the all-round development of students.
