摘要
我国幼儿体质健康水平呈现逐年下降的趋势,而幼儿体育活动的缺少或不科学是导致此现象的原因之一。幼儿体育教育的成效与其未来的生长、发育和发展紧密联系。合理、科学的体育活动可以提高幼儿的各项身体素质、运动技能、体质健康水平,甚至心理健康水平。该研究从我国颁布的《幼儿园教育指导纲要》《3-6岁儿童动作发展的评定指标》文件出发,结合动作发展理论,构建符合幼儿动作发展规律的幼儿体育活动方案,以期为促进幼儿的健康提供一定参考。
The level of children's physical health in China shows a downward trend year by year,and the lack or unscientific of children's sports activities is one of the reasons for this phenomenon.The effectiveness of early childhood physical education is closely related to their future growth and development.Reasonable and scientific sports activities can improve children's physical quality,sports skills,physical health level,and even mental health level.Based on the Guidelines for Kindergarten Education and Evaluation Indicators of 3-6 Year Old Children's Motor Development Issued by China,this study combines with the theory of motor development to construct a children's physical activity program in line with the law of children's motor development,in order to provide some reference for promoting children's health.
