体育院校硕士研究生情绪智力与社会适应的关系--心理弹性的中介作用

Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Social Adaptation of Postgraduates in Physical Education Colleges--The Intermediary Role of Resilience

目的:研究体育院校全日制硕士研究生社会适应与情绪智力、心理弹性之间的内在关系。方法:采用情绪智力量表、心理弹性量表、社会适应能力诊断量表对156名体育院校全日制硕士研究生进行调查,并用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 17.0软件进行数据分析和模型构建。结果:(1)情绪智力、心理弹性、社会适应3个变量之间显著相关,自我情绪调控与坚韧性、乐观性及社会适应的相关关系不显著,其余变量间均显著相关,性别、年级与其他各变量之间均无显著相关;(2)情绪感知对社会适应的路径系数显著(r=0.99,P<0.001),自我情绪调控对社会适应的路径系数显著(r=-0.58,P<0.05),情绪表达对社会适应的路径系数显著(r=0.40,P<0.05),而调控他人情绪对社会适应的路径系数不显著;(3)情绪感知对心理弹性的路径系数显著(r=0.62,P<0.05),自我情绪调控对心理弹性的路径系数显著(r=-0.43,P<0.05),心理弹性对社会适应的路径系数显著(r=0.33,P<0.05),情绪感知对社会适应的路径系数显著(r=0.84,P<0.01),心理弹性分别在情绪感知和社会适应、自我情绪调控和社会适应之间起部分中介作用和完全中介作用,中介效应量分别为0.20、-0.14。结论:(1)体育院校全日制硕士研究生的情绪智力、心理弹性、社会适应之间两两相关,与性别、年级变量无显著相关;(2)情绪智力的情绪感知、自我情绪调控、情绪表达维度对社会适应预测显著;(3)情绪智力的情绪感知、自我情绪调控对心理弹性预测显著;(4)心理弹性对社会适应预测显著,心理弹性在情绪感知和社会适应关系中起部分中介作用;在自我情绪调控和社会适应中起完全中介作用。

Objective:To study the internal relationship between social adaptation,emotional intelligence and resilience of full-time postgraduates in physical education colleges and universities.Methods:156 full-time postgraduates in physical education institutions were investigated by the emotional intelligence scale,resilience Scale,social adaptability diagnosis scale,and the data were analyzed and the model was constructed by SPSS 17.0 and Amos 17.0 software.Results:(1)The emotional intelligence,resilience and social adaptation of a significant correlation between the three variables related to emotional self regulation and tenacity,optimism and social adaptation is not significant,the remaining variables were significantly related;gender,grade and other variables were not significantly related.(2)The path coefficient of emotion perception on social adaptation significantly(r=0.99,P<0.001),the path coefficient of self emotional regulation on social adaptation significantly(r=-0.58,P<0.05),the expression of emotion path coefficient on social adaptation significantly(r=0.40,P<0.05),while the control path coefficient of the emotions of others will adapt to social is not significant.(3)The path coefficient of emotional perception of resilience significantly(r=0.62,P<0.05),emotional regulation path coefficient of resilience significantly(r=-0.43,P<0.05),the path coefficient of resilience on social adaptation significantly(r=0.33,P<0.05),the path coefficient of emotion perception on social adaptation significantly(r=0.84,P<0.01);resilience are adaptive,emotional and social self emotion regulation and social adaptation of the role of intermediary between and fully mediated the mediating effect of weight were 0.20,-0.14.Conclusion:(1)There is a pairwise correlation between emotional intelligence,resilience and social adaptation of full-time postgraduates in sports colleges,but there is no significant correlation with gender and grade variables.(2)The dimensions of emotional perception,self emotional regulation and emotional expression of emotional intelligence significantly predict social adaptation.(3)Emotional perception and self emotional regulation of emotional intelligence significantly predict resilience.(4)Psychological resilience significantly predicted social adaptation.Psychological resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between emotional perception and social adaptation;It plays a complete intermediary role in self emotional regulation and social adaptation.
