护士的自我正念水平在其职业认同感与生活满足感间的调节效应

The moderating effect of self-mindfulness level between the professional identity and life satisfaction of nurses

目的自我正念水平在全科医学科病房护士职业认同感与生活满足感之间的调节效应,旨在提高全科医学科护士职业认同感与生活满足感提供可靠的依据。方法采用问卷调查法,应用五因素正念量表(FFMQ)、护士职业认同评定量表、生活满意感问卷(IWB)对12名全科医学科病房护士正念水平、职业认同感以及生活满足感进行评价。分析正念水平、职业认同感以及生活满足感之间的关系,并检验正念水平在职业认同感与生活满足感之间的调节效应。结果全科医学科护士自我正念水平评分121.36±7.36分、职业认同感评分99.36±9.31分、生活满足感评分41.91±5.74分。护士自我正念水平与职业认同感以及生活满足感分别呈正相关(r=0.685、0.624,P<0.05);职业认同感与生活满足感呈正相关(r=0.714,P<0.05)。多元性线性回归显示:生活满足感与职业认同感有线性回归关系(β=-0.631,SE=0.098,t=-6.412,P<0.05);自我正念水平与职业认同感有线性回归关系(β=-0.351,SE=0.070,t=-5.046,P<0.05);生活满足感与职业认同感、自我正念水平有线性回归关系(β=-5.040,SE=1.646,t=-3.063,P<0.05;β=-5.258,SE=2.095,t=-2.509,P<0.05)。中介效应分析结果显示:自我正念水平在全科医学科护士职业认同感与生活满足感之间中介效应成立,其中介效应-0.537,直接效应为-0.243、总效应为-0.780,中介效应与总效应比为0.688,直接效应与总效应之比为0.312,即职业认同感对生活满足感中68.8%为直接效应,31.2%是通过自我正念水平的中介效应作用。结论全科医学科病房护士的职业认同感能够通过护士自我正念水平对其生活满足感产生间接或直接的影响。而自我正念水平能够提高职业认同感对生活满足感的正面效应,因此临床管理者应加强对护士的自我正念水平训练,提高其职业认同感与生活满足感。

Objective To explore the moderating effect of self-mindfulness level between the professional identity and life satisfaction of general medicine ward nurses aims was as the study the subject,in order to provide a reliable basis for improving the professional identity and life satisfaction of general medicine nurses.Methods A questionnaire survey method was used to evaluate the mindfulness level,professional identity and life satisfaction of 12 general medicine ward nurses by using the fi ve-facet mindfulness questionaire(FFMQ),nurses'professional identity rating scale,index of well-being(IWB)and life satisfaction scales.We analyzed the relationship between mindfulness level,professional identity and life satisfaction,and examined the moderating eff ect of mindfulness level between professional identity and life satisfaction.Results The self-mindfulness score of nurses in general medicine department was 121.36±7.36 points,the occupational identity score was 99.36±9.31 points,and the life satisfaction score was 41.91±5.74 points.The level of self-mindfulness of nurses was positively correlated with professional identity and life satisfaction,respectively(r=0.685,0.624,P<0.05);professional identity was positively correlated with life satisfaction(r=0.714,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the life satisfaction had a linear regression relationship with occupational identity(β=-0.631,SE=0.098,t=-6.412,P<0.05);self-mindfulness level had a linear regression relationship with occupational identity(β=-0.351,SE=0.070,t=-5.046,P<0.05);life satisfaction had a linear regression relationship with occupational identity and self-mindfulness level(β=-5.040,SE=1.646,t=-3.063,P<0.05;β=-5.258,SE=2.095,t=-2.509,P<0.05).The analysis of the mediating eff ect showed that the self-mindfulness level was established as the mediating eff ect between the professional identity and life satisfaction of nurses in general medicine department.The mediating eff ect was-0.537,the direct eff ect was-0.243,and the total eff ect was-0.780.The eff ect ratio was 0.688,and the ratio of the direct eff ect to the total eff ect was 0.312,that was,68.8%of the professional identity was a direct effect on the ife satisfaction,and 31.2%was a mediating effect through the self-mindfulness level.Conclusion The professional identity of general medicine nurses can have an indirect or direct impact on their life satisfaction through the level of self-mindfulness of nurses.The self-mindfulness level can improve the positive effect of professional identity on life satisfaction.Therefore,clinical managers should strengthen the self-mindfulness training of nurses to improve their professional identity and life satisfaction.
