摘要
目的构建ICU患者家属针对性需求的多元化阶段式健康教育模式,并探究其应用效果。方法调查范围为2019年2—3月(对照组)与2019年4—5月(观察组)入住ICU患者的家属,各72名。对照组实施口头及书面的健康教育模式,观察组运用重危患者家属满意度量表(CCFSS)及前期的随访结果设计ICU患者家属需求调查问卷,采取多元化阶段式宣教模式。比较两组患者家属疾病不确定感、宣教效果及患者家属满意度情况。结果观察组患者家属疾病不确定感低于对照组;观察组患者家属探视制度遵守率、教育内容知晓率均高于对照组,观察组患者家属健康教育平均耗时均短于对照组,观察组患者家属满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者家属总投诉率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ICU患者家属针对性需求下的多元化阶段式健康教育模式,科学、全面涵盖了目前ICU家属健康教育的关键环节,能及时、有效地为ICU家属提供全方位的健康教育。
Objective To construct a diversified stage health education model for the targeted needs of the families of ICU patients,and explore its application effects.Methods The scope of investigation included 72 relatives of patients admitted to ICU from February to March 2019(control group)and April to May 2019(observation group).The control group implemented oral and written health education models.The observation group used the critical care family satisfaction survey(CCFSS)and previous follow-up results to design ICU patients'family needs survey questionnaires,and adopted a diversifi ed staged education model to compare the two groups of patients'family members'disease uncertainty,the eff ect of education and the satisfaction of the patients'family members.Results The family members of patients in the observation group had lower disease uncertainty than the control group,the observation group’s family members'visitation system compliance rate and educational content awareness rate were higher than those in the control group,the average time spent on health education for the families of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the satisfaction of the family members of the patients was higher than that of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complaint rate of family members of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the diff erence was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).Conclusion The diversifi ed staged health education model based on the targeted needs of the families of ICU patients scientifi cally and comprehensively covered the key links of current health education for ICU family members,and can provide all-round health education for ICU family members in a timely and eff ective manner.
