摘要
白蜡外齿茎蜂Stenocephus fraxini Wei的重要寄生性天敌——何俊华双短姬蜂Bicurta hejunhuai Liu,Yan&Broad分布于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古4省(自治区),其中辽宁省沈阳市种群数量最大。该姬蜂在沈阳1 a发生1代,以预蛹在白蜡外齿茎蜂蛹室内越冬;翌年3月下旬开始化蛹,4月下旬成虫开始羽化,5月上中旬为羽化盛期;5月中下旬为幼虫孵化盛期,在寄主体内发育至11月中上旬,在寄主体外越冬。被寄生的茎蜂约20%幼虫体表产生卵泡,每头寄主体内最终存活1头姬蜂,平均寄生率56.7%。该姬蜂具有较高的生物防治应用潜力。
Bicurta hejunhuai Liu,Yan&Broad is an important and dominant endoparasitoid of Stenocephus fraxini Wei,currently was found from northern provinces(autonomous region)of China including Heilongjiang,Jilin,Liaoning and Inner Mongolia.Among them,the largest population of B.hejunhuai was in Shenyang of Liaoning province.B.hejunhuai has one generation a year in Shenyang,and overwintered in the stage of prepupae in a pupa cell of S.fraxini.Prepupae of B.hejunhuai began to pupate in late March of the following year and emerge as adults in late April.The emergence peak of B.hejunhuai was in the early to mid of May.The hatching peak of B.hejunhuai eggs was in the mid and late May.The newly hatched larva developed directly inside S.fraxinit body from the late of May to the early and mid of November,then the final-stage larva would move out from S.fraxini and overwintered in the pupa cell of S.fraxini.There were about 20%parasitized larvae of S.fraxini with sac-like swellings which contained the larvae of B.hejunhuai.Only one B.hejunhuai could finally survive in each S.fraxini.The average parasitism rate was 56.7%in field.B.hejunhuai has a high potential for biological control of S.fraxini.
