新疆社会化机构参与污染源普查工作的经验与建议

Experience and Suggestions of Socialized Organizations Participating in Pollution Source Census in Xinjiang

新疆第二次全国污染源普查工作于2017年7月启动,历经3年多艰苦奋战,已圆满完成全部既定工作任务,达到了预期目标,取得了阶段性的成果。在第二次全国污染源普查过程中,全疆充分借用社会化机构力量,14个地(州市)中有12个地州市的62个县(市区)聘请了70家社会化机构开展普查工作,总结和探索社会化机构参与新疆污染源普查的工作经验与教训,为今后的环保专项调查、污染源普查工作提供有益、可借鉴的宝贵经验和建议。

The second national survey of pollution sources in Xinjiang began in July 2017.We have successfully completed all the established tasks,achieved the expected goals and phased results after more than three years of hard works.In the whole process of the work,the power of the third party were fully borrowed,62 counties in 12 of the 14 prefectural(or state)cities participated in this work,and 70 social organizations were hired to carry out the census work.To sum up and explore the experience and lessons of socialized organizations participating in Xinjiang pollution source census can provide valuable experience and suggestions for future environmental protection special investigation and pollution source census.
