应用型本科院校体育类专业协同育人模式的构建与实践研究

The Construction and Practice of Collaborative Education Mode of Sports Majors in Application-oriented Universities

文章运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,对应用型本科院校体育类专业构建协同育人模式的必要性、协同育人开展状况进行分析,指出构建协同育人模式过程中存在的问题,在此基础上提出健全协同育人工作机制,构建多元主体共同参与的协同育人模式;优化人才培养方案,完善专业课程体系;加强师资队伍建设,提升人才培养质量;加强校校、校地、校企合作,建立协同育人平台;完善协同育人评价和考核体系等策略和路径。

Using the methods of literature review and interview,this paper analyzes the necessity and development status of collaborative education mode for sports majors in application-oriented universities,point out the problems in the construct of collaborative education mode,and put forward the strategy and path of improving the working mechanism of collaborative education,constructing the collaborative education mode with the participation of multiple subjects;optimize the talent training program,improve the professional curriculum system;strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the quality of talent training;strengthen the cooperation of school and school,school and local,school and enterprise,establish the collaborative education platform;improve the evaluation and assessment system of collaborative education.
