浅析体育运动类APP对大学生体育锻炼的影响

摘要 在国民经济的不断增长以及科学技术的不断创新下,社会大众面前出现越来越多可供使用的APP,这些APP的出现为人们的学习、生活以及工作带来了巨大的便利。体育运动类APP的出现就对大学生进行体育锻炼提供了帮助,它逐渐成为影响大学生锻炼行为的关键手段,在满足不同层次学生体育锻炼需求的同时,还能让大学生体育锻炼的程度和积极性有所增加。在这个背景下,高校需要合理引导学生使用运动类APP,让他们在APP的帮助下养成良好的体育锻炼习惯,达到有效促进学生身心健康发展的目的。文章主要分析了运动类APP的作用以及使用优势,并以此为基础挖掘了体育运动类APP对大学生体育锻炼所产生的具体影响。 With the continuous growth of national economy and innovation of science and technology,more and more apps are available to the public.The emergence of these apps has brought great convenience to people’s study,life and work.The emergence of sports apps helps college students to exercise.It has gradually become a key means to influence college students’exercise behavior.It can not only meet the needs of students at different levels of physical exercise,but also increase the degree and enthusiasm of college students in physical exercise.In this context,colleges and universities need to reasonably guide students to use sports apps,so that they can develop good physical exercise habits with the help of apps,so as to effectively promote the physical and mental health of students.This paper mainly analyzes the functions and advantages of sports apps,and on this basis,excavates the specific impact of sports apps on college students’physical exercise.
