政府补助、企业经营和人民获得感——基于结构方程模型的实证研究

Government Subsidy,Enterprise Operation and People′s Sense of Gain:An Empirical Research Based on Structural Equation Model

提升人民获得感是衡量改革成效的重要评价标准。在经济转型背景下,政府补助体现了国家的政策导向,调控、引导着企业的经营发展方向,企业则通过提供产品和服务嵌入人民日常生活,影响着人民获得感。采用2015年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)及A股上市公司数据,用结构方程模型实证分析政府补助、企业经营绩效和人民获得感之间的关系。研究发现,政府补助对企业经营绩效产生了显著的正向影响,企业经营绩效对人民获得感也具有显著的正向影响,企业创新具有中介效应,从各种关系的综合影响看,政府补助和企业创新均具有间接增进人民获得感的政策效果。因此,政府补助政策有效调控引导企业的经营发展和创新活动,有助于提升人民获得感。

Improving the people′s sense of gain is an important standard to evaluate the effectiveness of reforms.In the context of economic transformation,government′s subsidies reflect the policy guidance of the state,which regulate and guide the business activities of enterprises,and enterprises provide products and services embedded in the people′s daily life,affecting the people′s sense of gain.Using the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)and A-share listed companies in 2015,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship among government subsidies,enterprise operation and people′s sense of gain by using the structural equation method.The results show that government subsidies have a significant positive impact on enterprise operation,enterprise operation also has a significant positive impact on people′s sense of gain,and enterprise innovation has an intermediary effect.In the light of the comprehensive influence of various relations,both government subsidies and enterprise innovation have indirect policy effects on improving people′s sense of gain.Therefore,the effective regulation and control of government subsidy policy guides the operation and innovation activities of enterprises and contributes to improving people′s sense of gain,which expands the social effect of government subsidies,and has a certain practical reference significance for further understanding how to use economic policies to promote the people′s sense of gain.
