摘要
以鲁枣1号为试材,利用响应面法对提取枣皂苷的工艺条件进行优化。通过单因素试验,选取提取温度、液料比、乙醇浓度为自变量,应用Box-Benhnken中心组合法进行3因素3水平试验设计,以枣皂苷提取率为响应值,进行响应面分析。结果表明,枣皂苷最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度65℃、料液比1∶25(g·mL)、乙醇浓度70%,在该工艺条件下枣皂苷提取量可达2.19 mg/g。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction of saponins from jujube Luzao NO.1.By single factor experiment,the extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio and ethanol concentration were selected as independent variables,and the box-Benhnken central group method was used to design the three-factor and three-level experiment.The response surface analysis was carried out based on the extraction rates of saponins as response values.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of saponins were as follows:extraction temperature 65℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶25(g/mL),ethanol concentration 70%.The extraction of saponins reached 2.19 mg/g under these conditions.
