摘要
综述了枣树的耐旱适生机理,包括枣树的繁殖方式,根系和叶片形态结构,干旱胁迫下枣树的相关酶、渗透调节物、光合特性、生理生化的变化以及枣树耐旱相关基因的表达调控等方面。提出今后应在枣树耐旱基因的鉴定、解剖特性和逆境综合响应机制等方面加强研究,为选育枣树耐旱新品种和提高生产管理水平提供参考。
In this paper,the mechanism of drought tolerance and adaptability of jujube was analyzed from the aspects of propagation mode,root and leaf morphological structure,related enzymes,osmotic regulators,photosynthetic characteristics,physiological and biochemical changes of jujube under drought stress,as well as the expression regulation of drought tolerant genes.It was suggested that the research on the identification of drought-tolerant genes,anatomical characteristics and comprehensive response mechanism to stress should be strengthened in the future,so as to provide reference for breeding new drought-tolerant varieties and improving production management level.
