摘要
在我国,新时代高职院校进入内涵式高质量发展进程中,文化育人是提升内涵式高质量发展的必然选择,也是培养品学兼优、德才兼备高素质人才的要求。地方文化更具有认同感和感染力,本文以闽都文化为例,结合日常教学实践进行了有益的探索,实践证明因地制宜挖掘地方特色文化资源的育人功能,有机融入思政课程和课程思政,对于推进思政课由“课堂课程”向“实践课程”延伸,提升思想政治教育的实效性,落实立德树人根本任务具有重要助推作用。
In China,vocational colleges are upgrading to the stage of high-quality development of substance in the new era.Cultural education turns out to be the inevitable choice to bring out its full potential,and also the requirement of cultivating high-quality talents with excellent character and learning,integrity and ability.Local culture,owing to people’s sense of identity,is naturally more appealing.Taking Mindu culture as an example,this paper makes an exploration in combination with daily teaching practice.It’s proved that excavating the educational function of local characteristic cultural resources and organically integrating them into ideological and political courses to carry out ideological and political education will help to extend ideological and political courses from“classroom courses”to“practical courses”,enhance their effectiveness and implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.
