高校学籍档案电子化安全管理实践探究

On the Practice of Electronic Safety Management of University Student Records

学籍档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,与学生就业及发展息息相关。随着信息技术的发展,高校学籍档案逐步改变原有的管理方式,以教学管理系统为依托,有效整合各种信息数据,实现电子化管理,达到资源共享的目的。然而,计算机和网络技术给学籍档案电子化管理带来了诸多安全隐患问题。文章分析了影响学籍档案电子化安全管理的因素,提出了相应的管理对策。

As an important part of university archives,student records are closely related to students’employment and development.With the development of information technology,the traditional management mode of university student records is gradually changed into the new one that all kinds of information data are effectively integrated to realize electronic management and resource sharing,based on the teaching management system.However,some hidden security problems happen because of use of computer and network technology.The paper analyzes the factors that affect the electronic safety management of school records and puts forward the corresponding management countermeasures.
