摘要
本文基于我国2010-2019年30省面板数据,利用空间杜宾模型,研究房价对我国整体以及东、中、西部地区城乡收入差距的影响。结果发现:全国视角下,房价对地区城乡收入差距无影响,但却具有显著的空间溢出效应;房价对城乡收入差距的影响具有区域差异性,对中部地区城乡收入差距具有显著的扩大效应和空间溢出效应,西部地区则表现为缩小效应,东部地区无影响。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019,this paper uses Spatial Dubin Model to study the impact of housing prices on the urban-rural income gap in China,especially in the central and western regions. The results are shown as follows : nationally,housing prices have no impact on the regional income gap between urban and rural residents,but it has a significant spatial spillover effect. Moreover,the impact presents different effect in different regions. In the central region,it has significant expansion effect and spatial spillover effect,while in the western region,it has a narrowing effect and in the eastern region,it has no effect.
