摘要
工会在国有企业的机构设置中占有重要地位,发挥着不可替代和不可或缺的关键作用,是连接企业和职工之间的桥梁。随着不断改革的国有企业,也大面积调整了企业的组织结构、产业等方面,与此同时,企业工会相应的迎来了挑战和困难。为此,工会工作在新形势下要与时俱进,采用科学合理的创新思路,推动发展。基于此,文章针对于新形势下国企工会工作的创新思路进行了深入分析与探讨,以此为相关学者以及从业人员提供有价值的参考依据。
Trade unions play an important role in the institutional setting of state-owned enterprises,play an irreplaceable and indispensable key role,and are the bridge between enterprises and employees.With the continuous reform of state-owned enterprises,they have also adjusted the organizational structure and industry of enterprises in a large area.At the same time,enterprise trade unions have ushered in challenges and difficulties accordingly.Therefore,under the new situation,trade union work should keep pace with the times,adopt scientific and reasonable innovative ideas and promote development.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Discussion on the innovative ideas of trade union work in state-owned enterprises under the new situation,so as to provide valuable reference for relevant scholars and practitioners.
